One of the things that has interested me over the years was the history of people… not governments or presidents or popes… but people… everyday people that walk the street like you and me. What especially fascinated me were the stories behind the least well off among us… the homeless. While this isn’t exactly their story, this new piece the New York Times is doing certainly catches that idea of a true peoples history. Kudos to Andrew Sullivan at The Daily Dish for pointing it out.
